Cache feature missing from iOS that would be very useful

Anonim

Can you imagine an option within the settings of our device that allows us to free up storage space with just one click? That would be something that the owners of iPhone and iPad of 16Gb would use very often and that is, as we can see in one of the options of the settings of our devices, the size of an app is much less than the actual size that it can occupy due to the cache that we are supposedly accumulating in them, in the Documents and Data section.

It is true that the caching functions come in handy to load an app, a website, images, games more quickly but many times and due to the reduced storage space of some Apple products , we are forced to delete applications, photos, conversations in order to free up some space.

However, if we had some option that would allow us to delete the accumulated cache in many apps, surely another rooster would sing when it comes to “cleaning” our iPhone andiPad.

This week we have told you about a program that allows us to free up space on our iOS devices, eliminating junk files, cache, etc . Also, some time ago we told you about another program that allowed us to increase storage capacity but why have to go die to this type of tool, foreign to Apple , when those of the bitten apple can incorporate a cache release button in each of the apps we have installed?

It would be a real luxury to be able to access SETTINGS/GENERAL/STORAGE AND ICLOUD/MANAGE STORAGE by clicking on any of the apps that appear and under the option DELETE APP, A button called CLEAR CACHE could appear and be able to leave the size of the application very close to its base size and reduce the MB a lot. used in « Documents and data «.

We hope someone from Apple reads us and can give us the idea of incorporating this caching feature into future iOS.
