If you have the latest version of Instagram installed,7.20, you will soon be able to enjoy its new "category" in the explore menu, located at the bottom of the screen and characterized by a magnifying glass. This new "category" brings together videos on similar topics, in which we can enjoy numerous videos on a specific topic.
This feature is currently only available in the US
And what do we mean by this? Well, sections will appear in which, for example, we can see videos posted by users of Instagram that show flowers, or another group of videos in which we can see grade videos in a specific event a wonderful way to enjoy videos based on the same content.
As you can see in the photo above, these groups of themed videos differ from all other posts in the Explore tab because they take up more space than all the other trending videos and photos. It will occupy, more or less, 6 times more than a normal publication.
Also, within the "Explore" menu, they have added a new channel en titled "Videos you might like", where we can see content that is trending and that the app considers that we may like it, based on the "likes" we have given and the content we have viewed.
For everything else, the "Explore" menu continues to work the same as always, offering the most visited videos and photos that suit our tastes. If you see content that does not interest you, you can delete photos and videos of a similar theme by accessing that publication, clicking on the 3 dots that appear at the top right of the screen and clicking on "See fewer publications like this".In this way you will filter, to your liking, the content that you want to appear in the "Explore" menu.
