After the update received on Monday, by the queen of instant messaging applications, for a few hours we have available to all users of Whatsapp,a new option within the "SHARE" button in chats. With this new option we can send PDF documents to any user or group.
We already told you about it a while ago and, finally, we have it available but only to share PDF. We expect many more file types to be shared soon.
What's the point of this? From our point of view it makes a lot of sense, especially for people who work daily with this type of document and who had to find other ways to share them.Isn't it more comfortable, since you are chatting by Whatsapp, to share PDF documents in the same conversation? Many users, especially students and workers who handle PDF, will appreciate this new feature.
It is not yet implemented in Whatsapp Web , but as soon as they do it, PDFs will appear more frequently in conversations.
HOW TO SEND PDF DOCUMENTS EASILY BY WHATSAPP:
We enter any conversation where we want to share a PDF and press the button that appears to the left of the area where we usually write messages (it is characterized by an upward arrow within a circle). When pressed, the following menu will appear.
As you can see, we have a new tenant and it's the "SHARE DOCUMENT" button. By clicking on it we can choose the cloud platform where the PDF document we want to share is located. After that, we find the file and share it.
We have to say that this type of file must be hosted in any of the cloud storage managers that appear in the menu, like ICLOUD DRIVE, DROPBOX, ONEDRIVE, GOOGLE DRIVE, etc. We must have the cloud manager app installed that we want to access so that we can access the document. If we do not have it installed, we will not be able to share the desired PDF document.
So you know, if you want to share notes, reports, courses, books that are in PDF, Whatsapp makes it very easy for us with this new function.
