Strategy games are one of those games that you either hate or love, or even both at the same time. If a few days ago we talked about Totems, today it's the turn of Super Tribes, another strategy game that despite belonging to the same genre It has little to do with it.
SUPER TRIBES HAS A VERY BOLD AND BEAUTIFUL DESIGN AND A VERY SIMPLE GAME MECHANIC
In Super Tribes, we have to conquer a territory in turns using a series of tribes/civilizations.The game allows us to choose between 5 civilizations: Xinxi (Chinese Empire), Imperius (Roman Empire), Bardur (Vikings), Oumaji (Egyptians) and Kickoo (American Indians). The Kickoo tribe is not available with the base game and in order to play with it you need to make an in-app purchase worth €0.99.
Once we have chosen the tribe, the difficulty and the number of opponents we will face, we will begin the adventure in a territory that the game randomly generates each time. We will have a total of 30 turns to be able to conquer the entire territory, and for this we will have to use skills that we will have to acquire.
Each tribe starts with an unlocked ability of its own, and from that point it will be necessary to acquire the rest. To acquire them we will have to make use of the stars that we obtain each time we finish our turn.The number of stars we get will increase depending on the levels our towns have.
The interface of the game is very simple, since once the game has started we only have to look at the right side. In the upper part there is an icon of a circle with a bottle, which is where we can unlock the abilities, and in the upper part we find an icon of a circle with a "tick" inside it that is used to end the turn.
