Mi Barrio is an app that appeared in the App Store in mid-July 2015 and has gradually disappeared making it known and it is a very useful application when it comes to reporting, denouncing or commenting on things that happen in one of the most important places for us, our neighborhood.
How do you normally find out what happens near your home? Surely because of neighbors or, if you don't have much of a relationship with any of them, you won't find out anything, right? This app wants to keep you informed of everything that happens in your neighborhood, in an easy and functional way.
In addition, it is a platform that will allow you to report anything that bothers you, so apart from reporting it can also be used to comment and give our opinion on improvements, breakdowns or anything you want to comment on to improve your neighborhood .
HOW DOES THE MI BARRIO APP WORK?:
It is quite simple to use, but to do so we will have to register, a register in which we will have to give our name, email, telephone, choose a username and add a profile photo.
The issue of giving the phone has not been very funny to us, but they assure us that it will not be visible to anyone and that it is totally hidden in all the publications we make.
The interface can be improved in terms of graphics, but it is not difficult to use and it is quite intuitive when navigating.
It has a tutorial, located within the "ACCOUNT" menu in the "Help and information" option, in which we can solve any type of doubt that may arise.
When writing a post, we will do it from the news section by clicking on the "Publish" button, which we can see at the top right of the screen.
It is a very interesting app but, at the moment, not many people use it, at least in our area. We hope to help promote it so that, little by little, residents from all the neighborhoods of our country join and make it a benchmark in information at the neighborhood level.
