A few days ago we told you how to activate the new Twitter timeline in our account. It was lazy to do it since we had to connect to our Twitter account, from a computer to access the official website of this social network or showing, in the desktop version, said website through our devices iOS.
Finally, we already have that option available in the official application of Twitter, so that tutorial is obsolete ( although it is still valid). Below we explain the steps to follow to make the best tweets, personalized for you, appear at the top of our timeline on the bird's social network.
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST TWEETS APPEAR ON MY TIMELINE:
The procedure is very easy:
- We access our twitter profile from the official app of this social network.
- Once we are in our account, we will press the "ACCOUNT" button, which appears in the bottom menu of the screen.
- When we are in «Account», we have to click on the button characterized as a cogwheel.
- Then we choose the “Settings” option.
- Within ACCOUNTS, click on ours.
- A lot of options will appear, of which we click on "CUSTOMIZATION OF CHRONOLOGY".
Activate the option that appears.
By doing this, every time we enter Twitter, the tweets will no longer appear in chronological order, but the best tweets will appear, or those that the newalgorithm twitter thinks they are the most interesting and relevant to us, based on our habits and interactions on this social network.
