Last week we told you about the Web apps that we had on our iPhone. This week we bring you new ones that allow us to do without of some applications that we thought were immovable, with the consequent freeing up of space on the home screen of our devices iOS and in the storage thereof.
It is evident that many of them, depending on how you use them more or less, it will be better for you to leave them as applications than as Web apps, but since we use all the ones that we are going to discuss now, we have moved them to browser Safari.
Some of them are actually carbon copies of the interfaces available in their apps, such as Youtube.
OUR NEW AND INTERESTING WEBS APP:
This is how our FAVORITES screen looks like in the native browser of iOS, SAFARI.
In total we have added 6 new Web apps to the bookmarks of this browser:
- YOUTUBE: It has an interface modeled on the native app of this video social network. Why have the app if we can have its Web App? If you don't use this social network much, we recommend you uninstall the application and create direct access to its website.
- TELEGRAM: Instant messaging application that allows us to access it from our iPhone's native browser. We don't talk much about it, so we have chosen to create access to its web app and free up space on our devices.
- GOOGLE MAPS: We are users of Apple Maps, but it never hurts to have Google Mapsclose. The interface of your web app is very similar to that of your app.
- GOOGLE TRANSLATOR: We use it very little and why do we want to have your app as if it were a vase on our iPhone and iPad? When we want to translate something, we access its web app in Safari and that's it.
- FILMAFFINITY: Reference website to find information and opinions about movies and series. It does not have an application and its Web app is very well worked. We recommend it.
- AENA: Very good and with a very good interface, to check flight schedules at different Spanish airports.
To try them from your iPhone, you just have to click on their names and check them out for yourself.
We hope you find them useful and that you at least try them and appreciate the change from the app to its Web app.
