We finally have a universal version of the app, so by downloading it once, we can install it both on iPhone and iPad and iPod TOUCH. In the past, to enjoy Tweetbot on our devices, we had to download different apps with the consequent payment for both in the APP STORE.
On that side we have won but, even so, we see that making the users of the application pay for a lifetime is a rather dastardly act. In addition, the app is completely in English again.
I'm leaving this aside again, we'll tell you what's new in this 4th version of this famous Twitter client.

There are quite a few novelties that this new Tweetbot brings, but among all of them the one that stands out is the possibility of seeing statistics and the activity of our tweets .
Just for this new function, or feature, it's worth paying the 4.99€ that the app costs no matter how much it weighs on us. It is one of the new features that users of this app have requested the most and the developers have finally implemented it.
Besides this, the salient features of this Tweetbot 4 are :
Regarding the ratings it has received in the short time it has been in the APPLE app store, we have to say that in Spain it has received 19 ratings with an average score of 3 stars and, nevertheless, in USAIn the US there are 511 opinions that give it a score of 4.5 stars. We believe that in this difference in valuations, the fact that the app is not in Spanish weighs heavily.
Is it worth going from version 3 to Tweetbot 4?
Well, honestly, for us, YES since it gives us extra information thanks to the new statistics function. If you are not interested in this topic of statistics and activity, we NO recommend you to still install. In addition, the app is in English and, although it is easy to understand and use, we do not know why they have not already translated it. It's time to wait for an update.
It's a very personal issue that you should sleep on, but as we say, if you're not interested in the statistics of your Tweets, we won't update it.
