Apart from the novelty of calling by WhatsApp, this new update brings us an improvement that will allow us to share photos, videos, links or anything else from another application. Now we can add Whatsapp to the share menu of our iPhone,so we can share anything in a simple way.
For the button of this app to appear, you have to display the share button (square with an arrow pointing up), click on "more" and choose WhatsApp.
Another outstanding novelty is that we can prevent our contacts from knowing if we have read the message or not, with the famous double blue check. Now if we enter the WhatsApp menu SETTINGS/ACCOUNT/PRIVACY , the option “READING CONFIRMATIONS” will appear. If we disable it, our contacts will not be able to know if we have read a message or not, let alone the time at which we do it, but neither will we be able to know if they have read our messages.
Big update to the app that, apart from installing the calls function, gives us much more privacy and a better way to share content on WhatsApp, from any app or place on the iPhone, where we meet.
