For us it is a very useful app, since due to the large number of screenshots we make every day, we always spend Screeny on weekends to delete them and free up space of storage on our iPhone and iPad.
Please note that the app has not yet been updated to support iCloud photos. In the future the developer wants to implement that improvement.
