Now we have an app with which to do something that we, at least for us, have always longed for. Very easy to use, it will allow you to free up almost 2mb of space per photo.
HOW TO COMPRESS PHOTOS WITH THIS GREAT APP:
And as we have said before, with PhotoShrinker we will compress the photos we want in an intelligent and optimized way, compressing them by almost 90%. With this, the images that we pass through the app will remain in only one tenth of the space that the original photos occupied.
We enter the app and appear on its main screen.
As we can see, the photographs we have on our reel will appear, but we will see them a little faded. This means that they are not selected. By clicking on the ones we want to compress, we will select them to do so.
At the bottom we have a menu with which we can:
In the upper right part, we will see the space we have available on our device and the space we can save by compressing all the photos we have on our camera roll.
Once the photos to be compressed have been selected, click on the button just below the menu buttons and these images will be compressed. What you should know is that once the compression process is complete, we must delete the original photo, because if we don't we won't be able to compress the images.
Here we pass you a video in which you can see the interface and operation of this app:
OUR OPINION ON PHOTOSHRINKER:
A fantastic application to compress photos and that will help us to free up space on our device APPLE and to share photos less heavy on the different social networks, messaging apps, cloud platforms
In our case, and since we constantly make backup copies of our photos, we don't have many images on our iPhone and iPad and we use the application to compress photos that we are going to share on social networks. By doing this, we will save a lot of data from our mobile rate, if we share snapshots under 3G or 4G coverage. Since using PhotoShrinker, we've noticed that our rate lasts a lot longer than before.
Regarding the quality of the compressed photo, say that it remains quite similar to the original photograph. The issue is that as soon as you zoom in on the compressed photo, then you notice the lower quality of the image. Therefore, if you want to keep photos that do not lose resolution when zoomed in, we do not advise you to compress them.
Without a doubt, one of the best apps to compress photos images for iPhone and iPad.
