With the new iOS 8 the same thing happened to me and I've discarded four third-party applications, which I'll tell you about below.
APPS DELETED AFTER INSTALLING iOS 8 ON MY IPHONE:
The applications that I have uninstalled, with which I have gained storage space and, also, space on the screens where I have all the apps, are the following:
- VOXER: An app with which I communicated with my family using the iPhone as if it were a Walkie-Talkie.It was very useful, but since we can send voice messages through iMessages, we have all removed it from our devices. Thank goodness, the whole family has iPhones and we can communicate through iMessages. Otherwise, no we would have removed this fantastic communication app.
- SNAPSEED: I used this app to edit photos, give them more color, lighten them, increase contrast, come on, I used it to improve the photos I captured. Now with the huge improvement in photo editing on iOS devices, I've removed it.
- POCKET CASTS: I am a PodCast consumer and used the great POCKET CASTS app, but looking at the improvements of the new native app PODCASTS, I have uninstalled it and I have given a chance to this new application that APPLE forces us to have on our iPhone and iPad .
- PROCAMERA 8: Without a doubt, this app is one of the best photo capture applications. I've always used it, but seeing the news that the camera brings with the new iOS 8, I've uninstalled it and I'm using the native photography app. At the moment I do not regret having removed ProCamera from my device, but who knows the same in the future I will install it again. For now, it's coming out of my iPhone.
Obviously this all depends on individual tastes, but I am always in favor of using the native apps provided by APPLE.
But I don't always do it that way. When I see that an app greatly improves a native app, I don't hesitate to download and use it.This happens to me constantly because there are applications in the APP STORE that are truly wonderful. At the moment, I am more inclined to use the native ones than the third-party ones.
And what do you think? Are you more into native or third-party apps?
We await your comments in the section for this of this article.
Greetings and see you soon.
