In the App Store we have hundreds of applications that we can use for our daily exercises, but not all of them are worth it or meet our expectations. That's why today we're talking about this app (Fitness Point), which will make our days at the gym more productive.

With it, we will be able to create a table at our whim, it has a large number of exercises, which we will be able to organize by day, to make our own routine with personalized exercises.

HOW TO CREATE A TABLE WITH PERSONALIZED EXERCISES IN FITNESS POINT

Once the app has been downloaded and we have accessed it, we will find all the parts of our body, which we can develop thanks to this app. If we click on each of them, we will see all the exercises available.

But what really interests us is having our own exercise table, so we have to go to the "Training" section, which is highlighted with a notebook.

Inside, we will find an example training, which can help us to get an idea of what we really want. So without further ado, we created our own. To do this, click on the “+” symbol.

We will have to give our training a name, we have chosen APPerlas . After putting the name, click on save and the training will automatically be created in our table.

When the training appears, we must click on it to add exercises. When we access, we will see that everything is completely empty, to start, we will put the first day of the week in which we start our training. In our case it is “Monday” .

To put said day, we must click on the 3 horizontal bars that appear at the top right.

A menu will automatically be displayed, in which we will choose “Add title”. This title will be the day of the week (in our case).

After setting the day of the week, it's time to add custom exercises to this day. We follow the same operation as to put the title, with the difference that now we must select «Add exercises». And the same list that appeared in the main menu will appear again.

We are selecting our exercises and adding them. When we have the exercises, we can also add to each one the weight that we are going to take, as well as the repetitions that we are going to perform.

To do this, if we look closely, to the right of each exercise, an icon of a pencil appears. If we click on it, we will go to a new menu, in which we will have to fill in everything it indicates (weight, repetitions).

Finally, our table will take shape and we will have something very similar to this

And in this way, we can create as many tables as we want, with personalized exercises for our daily training. An inexpensive way to have our personal trainer in the palm of our hand.
