- How can the courses you offer help people's daily lives?
The design and development of the Live it! it is a commitment to the pending task of offering accessible possibilities and opportunities to anyone so that they can develop the valuable resources provided by emotional intelligence.
They work on emotional quotient development strategies and techniques to acquire personal skills that make a substantial difference in the professional context and in people's lives.
The courses Live it! they combine the practical skills of emotional intelligence with the most powerful and innovative tools of Coaching and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) developing the ability to perceive and understand emotions and conduct them to guide our behavior and thought processes, achieving better results in life.
Our innovative methodology structures the courses into three blocks of content: conceptual (theory and foundation), procedural (live experience) and attitudinal (strategies, techniques and tools), this makes the Live it! Knowledge is acquired, emotional intelligence is lived and experienced, and a personalized strategy is developed to develop a positive attitude that leads each person to achieve better life results.
Also, one of our beliefs is that the key to learning is fun and enjoyment, which is why our courses are impregnated with a sense of humor. This has been the reason that has made us flood our courses with the clown world, we all have a clown inside and discovering, knowing and accepting him is a fundamental step to take life with a sense of humor, a premise that makes us truly intelligent.
- What App do you use for the work you do?
The truth is that I love new technologies but I don't let them catch me and make me lose the present, from time to time I browse the App store a bit in search of new acquisitions and find you, it has been a great help. The App that I use the most without counting the social networks are:
- Evernote , I am addicted to creativity and my mind is a source of ideas, if I don't hunt them down and save them at that moment they vanish. Thanks to evernote I take my ideas with me waiting to find time to develop them. I run most of them and as is normal, others are blown away from euphoric days or nights with little sleep.
- Dropbox , is a very useful tool for me, where I organize sessions with my coachees and courses with my students. I share folders with them and upload material, tasks, videos, podcasts, to support the process of developing their emotional intelligence.
- WhatsApp , more and more, the majority of both personal and professional communications are done here.
- iTeacherBook , for my classes. I discovered it when I worked as a FP teacher and I loved it, I had everything in this app, from being able to take roll, to my students' grades, incredible and highly recommended.
- Picframe , it helps me a lot to create photos with motivational quotes to encourage others and spread my brand.
- What app do you use to manage your sports activities? Why that one and not another?
Sport is one of my fundamental values, I run regularly, I love running, but this passion doesn't always come from me, even before I hated it because I wasn't capable of it. I still remember the most I had in high school when they forced me to take the Cooper test, which consisted of running for 12 minutes without stopping and was necessary if I wanted to pass physical education. I finally made it but I almost died trying and that day I said to myself "never again". This limited me, I believed that my body could not handle certain types of sports, especially running, it was something that I would never do and I was like that for many years until 6 years ago.
As I have already mentioned before, I had a personal crisis in 2008 and like any crisis, it came loaded with opportunities, opportunities for great changes and just as I turned my professional life around, I also turned it around in my personal life and sports.
I started doing everything I hadn't thought I was capable of before and among those things was running. I remember the first day I started, it was July and it was horribly hot, I got ready with my sneakers, my headphones, my shorts, it took me about 10 minutes to get ready and warm up and I was running for 1 minute and a half. My heart was beating out of my chest, my head was pumping and my legs were shaking, it was incredible how little resistance my body offered me but thanks to emotional intelligence I knew how to accept it and set an action plan, it would take time, effort, perseverance , perseverance, resistance, knowing how to motivate myself and set a purpose, a why powerful that went beyond me and that pushed me to run until I reached 30 minutes running without stopping and without dying trying.
That was what "power" was for, the ability to see that you can achieve it gives you incredible power, I'm not talking about power as we all understand "over others", I'm talking about POWER with capital letters, the power to with oneself, to improve each day and to be the best version of oneself at all times.
And throughout this process I discovered the Runtastic app that helped me see and track my progress, I liked its simplicity in use and it gave me the minimum information I wanted.
The reason for this and not another, for the simple reason of not losing the history, as for me starting running has been something so important I want to keep my training. I know there are other apps that are also very good, but I prefer Runtastic and even more now with the new interface, web account and good service.
- What sports apps do you have on your iPhone?
As I told you, I only have Runtastic at the moment. I use YouTube a lot to watch videos on stretching, warm-ups, and other complementary floor exercises.
- What is the first app you look at when you wake up and the last app you see when you go to bed?
The first is usually the calendar to see the important tasks of the day and then the network apps to see, share or simply feel how the people of the communities I am part of are doing.
The last one is usually evernote , I go through the old ideas that are in queue waiting for me to give them my time, I add some new ones that have arisen that day and this helps me to fall asleep Very motivated and with a tremendous desire to get up to execute some of those ideas that fill me with enthusiasm and that I am looking forward to sharing with others.
- 5 essential non-native apps that should not be missing from your iPhone :
- Whatsap , is the most widely used means of communication now.
- Evernote , it's my idea hunt.
- Ivoxx , I love listening to podcasts while I train.
- Runtastic , sorry I don't run alone.
- Feedly , allows me to keep up to date with what interests me the most.
You are not counting the networks that are helping me more and more to publicize my project and get to know that of others.
