It is clear that it is not the highlight of the application, since the editing it has is fantastic, but perhaps the theme of the effects has been what has caught our attention the most.

If what we are looking for is a free application that does the basics such as adding text, filters, you are interested in PicsArt, as we have already said, it is very complete and with it we can do absolutely everything.
After testing this app in depth, we have discovered that you couldn't ask for more because it has everything and for very little (it's a completely free application).
Therefore, our winner, without a doubt, is PicsArt, from the first moment she has completely won us over. We also remember that the 4 applications can complement each other, that is, we can have the 4 applications together, since each one does its own thing. But at the end of the day, we are almost always going to retouch the same thing (from our point of view), which is why we have opted for PicsArt .
