Now that we are with our "personal trainer", the first thing that appears to us is an image that describes what this trainer is about, and a button that says "start program". Therefore, we click on that button and our training will begin.
Once inside, they give us a choice of 4 options:
- An excellent starting point
- The Next Step
- An important goal
- An epic challenge
We are going to choose « An excellent starting point » which is the first option and therefore for beginners.
After choosing the first option, we will now have to choose between 3 other options:
- Beginner
- Intermediate
- Advanced
Since we're just starting out, we chose "Beginner". Therefore we click on this option. To start our career.
Now a message appears telling us everything we are going to do, in a period of 8 weeks. It tells us that we are going to do 23.66 km per week.
If we agree, click on ready and if we want to share on any of our social networks, click on share. So, we click on « Done » to start our training.
Now we have already started the training. A summary of everything we are going to do during the week appears, and what we did on the day we are on appears selected.
As we walk, the top bar will fill up, indicating that we have to walk about 10.46km.
If we turn the iPhone, a graph appears with our statistics. Something that can be useful to keep a more accurate control of our training.
Now we are ready to get in shape with a personal trainer and completely free.
