Today we teach you how to transfer music to iPhone, iPad and iPod from PC or Mac Nowadays we all use our iPhone or iPad to listen to music, but when transferring our music hosted on our PC/Mac we can make a mess, since this task is somewhat complex.
On an iPhone, iPad or iPod, it is no longer worth taking our music and dragging it directly to a folder hosted on our device. Now everything we want to do must be done from iTunes, such as passing photos (you can see our TUTORIAL).
Therefore, today we will explain step by step how to transfer your music to your iPhone, iPad or iPod.
HOW TO TRANSFER MUSIC TO THE IPHONE, IPAD AND IPOD FROM PC OR MAC
The first thing we have to do, and it's something that the APPerlas team recommends, is to create a folder where you'll store all your music. We have created one with the name of music.
This folder is where we will save our music. Now what we will have to do is connect our device to our PC/Mac and open iTunes and choose music, in the menu that appears on the top left.
Once we have it open, we go to the « music » folder that we have created and we choose the songs, albums or folders that we want to transfer to our device. When we are clear about which songs we want to play, we just have to select it and drag it to iTunes
Once we have dragged it, we will have it saved in our iTunes library, now we only have to enter our iPhone, iPad or iPod. To do this, we connect it to the PC/Mac and it will automatically appear in the iTunes menu, at the top right, as we see in the following image.
Once it has finished synchronizing, click on the box that says « iPhone » (In the upper right part). Now we will be inside our device, since what we want is to synchronize our music, we will click on the box that says "music".
Once we click on the "music" box, we will access another menu that will ask us if we want to synchronize our music (we will only synchronize the music that we have "dragged" and linked to iTunes, as we have done before) .We check this box and it will automatically ask us if we want to synchronize all the music or only what we select (artists, genre, playlists). We leave this part to your choice.
Once we have selected the music that we want to transfer to the iPhone, iPad and iPod, all we have to do is click on sync and we will automatically have the selected music on our device.
We remember that if we delete music from the folder we have created, when we synchronize the iPhone again it will not detect it and it will be deleted. It is very important not to touch that folder unless we want to delete a song.
Therefore, in a few simple steps, we can enjoy all our music wherever we are.
