HOW TO MANAGE YOUR DOCUMENTS IN THE CLOUD WITH COMETDOCS:
What can you do with the Cometdocs mobile app? (Click or pass over the white circles to find out more about the following image) :
1) Convert documents on the fly with Cometdocs:
- Find the document on the phone, open it with Cometdocs . The file will be uploaded to your Cometdocs account, after which you can choose the type of conversion you want. In a couple of minutes, the converted file will be available.
- Device Documents are sent to the Cometdocs web service and you will be able to download them from it, which means that the files are not converted through processes that happen within the application, which ensures that the application will use a minimal amount of device resources, and battery supply, to carry out its operations.
- The conversion may take a couple of minutes, depending on the document type, size, and type of user account.
- To open a converted file, just click on it.
- If the file conversion fails, please check your password.
- Conversion of supported formats: Conversion of PDF to Word, Excel, images, HTML and AutoCAD, OpenOffice, LibreOffice, text, PowerPoint and much more. Convert to PDF of many formats (jpg , xls, xlsx , doc, docx, pptx, ppt, rtf, png, pub )
2) Transfer large files to anyone from your phone or tablet:
Open the file with Cometdocs and click TRANSFER . Enter the email address you want to send the file to and a link to download the file will be sent to the specified email address. The download link does not expire unless you delete the document from your account. The beneficiary will be able to choose which version of the file to download if the file has been converted into one or more different formats by a Cometdocs user.
3) Manage Cometdocs files directly from your mobile device:
Upload files from your smartphone or tablet to Cometdocs secure cloud storage. Download files stored in your account to your mobile phone for later editing whenever you need them and manage them with any other application installed on the phone (via the Share button).

We were pleasantly surprised by this cloud document management platform and its app is not bad at all.
