The iMediaShare app is updated to version 5.2 and its name changes. Now called FLIPPS.

Flipps , the successor to iMediaShare , is totally reimagined to become your essential app for data transmission between mobile and TV.

With the new FLIPPS you will not be able to see the multimedia content (your photos, videos, music) of your iPhone on your TV. Now we must download IMEDIASHARE PERSONAL, to do this.

The new interface is similar to the old iMediaShare, the only thing that changes is the color and some modifications to adapt the application to iOS 7:

The news that this new version 5.2 brings are:

  • Modifications and adjustments for iOS 7
  • Brand new name, logo and colors
  • Personal content (music, videos, and photos from your mobile device or anywhere in your home) is transferred to a separate application, iMediaShare Personal, available for free at the App Store.
  • Photos from Facebook and Picasa are also transferred to iMediaShare Personal.
  • PlayStation3 support has gotten really complicated and we haven't managed to deliver the full experience on Flipps yet, so we've decided to drop it. You can still access your PS3 personal content from iMediaShare Personal
  • Completely revamped user guide to help you set up the Flipps environment with ease
  • Filmon channel has been added, a new movie channel with more than a hundred live programs
  • Faster TV detection process
  • Stability and performance improvements
