In the upper left part, we see a button (characterized by three stripes) with which we will access the routines that we must perform daily:
In them, they propose three levels of training:
- BEGINNER: It lasts 10 days and we will prepare to perform 25 squats.
- ADVANCED: Its duration is 25 days and our ultimate goal is to perform 100 squats in one stroke.
- PRO: 25 days of training to achieve 200 squats at once.
Going back to the main screen we see a big green button, « START «, with which we will start the routine of the day.
HOW TO PERFORM SQUATS WITH THIS APP:
To start the exercise, we must press the « START » button that we see in the center of the main interface screen.
Once pressed, it advises us to put the iPhone in our pocket and wait to receive the voice commands that the application will tell us (we recommend, if you are on the street, to use headphones).
Once you give us the order, after a countdown, we will begin to perform the squats. Once these are done and after a period of rest, and without taking the iPhone out of your pocket, we will wait for you to give us the orders again to start performing the next batch of squats.
Once the batches are finished, we can take the terminal out of our pocket and view the summary of the daily routine, as we can see in the image above.
CONCLUSION:
Works like a charm. Once the "START" button is pressed, we put the mobile in our pocket and forget to take it out again until we finish the daily routine that takes place.
Each squat performed, it will emit a sound so that we know that it is well performed and completed.
