This screen, which we can view in landscape or portrait mode, can be divided into 3 distinct parts:

1º- Task manager and configuration:

Located at the top of the screen, we have three options that we can access:

  • Folder: We can see it on the left side. In it we can create different lists. To create a new list we will make the ZOOM gesture vertically on the screen. We will see how a new list to configure is enabled. To delete one of them we will move our finger over it from left to right. We can create as many task lists as we want.

  • Title: In the center. Double-clicking on the box gives us the option of giving our new list a title.
  • Settings: On the right and characterized by two gears, we access the settings of the current list. As we see in the image below, we can access news, help, in-app purchases, configure sounds, alerts, vibrations .

2nd- Timer:

We will see the time we have left to complete the task in progress. Clicking on the « play » will start a countdown that will notify us when the time of the scheduled task is over.

By pressing "Play" we will see within the circle some options with which we can give the task as (starting from the item in the shape of a "V" and following the sense of clockwise) done, delete it, add 5 more minutes, block the list so as not to delete any tasks, subtract 5 min. and/or move on to the next. Clicking on the center of the sphere will activate the pause mode.

3ª- Task list:

The list of scheduled tasks appears at the bottom of the main screen.

HOW TO USE THIS GREAT TASK MANAGER:

We move on to the practical part in which we will teach you how to create a task list and configure them to better plan the time we have to dedicate to a specific job or activity.

imagine that we are studying and we have to prepare to take an exam and, in addition, we must do a practice.

We would go to the folder option and we would create a new list by performing the ZOOM gesture vertically, in the black part of the screen. When doing so, this will appear

In this new screen we can configure our list by adding a title, in our case it would be « UNIVERSITY », and configuring, at will, the available options in SETTINGS .

After this we will begin to introduce the tasks and execution times of each of them. To do this we will make the ZOOM gesture horizontally, under the sphere of the timer. When performing this gesture, this screen will appear:

In it we can set the color of the task, title, time and its category:

  • Color: By touching the square that appears at the top left of the screen, we can change the color of the task.
  • Title: We will put the name of the work to be done. In our case we can put, for example, study mathematics.
  • Time: By clicking on the box at the top right, we can modify the time we want the scheduled task to last.
  • Category: Using icons, we can select the category that best suits our task.

We'll have something like this.

By pressing the "PLAY" button we can begin to consume the time dedicated to the study of the mathematics subject. At the end of this, it will notify us and the time we have to dedicate to the next task will begin to run.

To add new tasks we must carry out the same actions that we have done to create the first one.

Once the list to be performed is created, all we have to do is get down to work and start working.

CONCLUSION:

Very useful this task manager. It helps us better organize the time we have available to carry out different tasks that we can schedule and time as we please.

We use it to schedule the mornings in which we do the web work and we have greatly improved performance. It is a very good idea to have a guide, in the form of time, with which to control the work or tasks to be carried out.
