In it we have available a list with all the routes available to get to Santiago de Compostela. By clicking on any of them we immediately access all the information about it:

As we can see, the route is divided into different stages, to be completed on foot, and clicking on each of them will show us all kinds of information about it, such as hostels, itinerary info, difficulties, what to see and do , etc. VERY COMPLETE INFORMATION!!!

At all times we have a menu at the bottom of the screen, which shows us the following items:

  • CAMINOS: It is the screen that we access and in which it shows us the different routes of the Camino de Santiago.
  • ALBERGUES: We can see the number of hostels that we can find on any of the different routes.

  • MONUMENTS: A list of the monuments that we can visit on each of the available routes appears.

  • MAPA: A map appears in which we can see the hostels, monuments of any of the itineraries We have to say that of the routes that pass through the French way, we all kinds of information appears.Of the routes that are not in that trajectory we tell you that not all the monuments and hostels appear on the map. Hopefully they fix this deficiency in a future update.

The "i" button is available at all times, at the top right of the screen. In it we have interesting information as you can see in the following image:

As we have seen, the CAMINO app shows us different itineraries to follow the path and within each of them it gives us information on everything that can be of information regarding the stages, shelters, difficulties

We are going to show you the information that we can view on a specific route, so that you get an idea of ​​the information that you have in the application. We have chosen the « FRENCH PATH » as an example.

The stages of the FRENCH WAY are made up of 31 stages:

  • General Information of the stage: By clicking on that item, we access general information on the stage to be carried out. We access a kind of PDF in which, by zooming in, we will see monuments, unevenness, sections

  • Hostels: List of hostels where you can stay in each of the stages. By clicking on each of them we can see all kinds of information about it.

  • Royal Collegiate Church of Roncesvalles: In this case, this place has highlighted us as interesting to visit. Not at all stages something like this will appear to us. Clicking on it shows us all kinds of information about it.
  • Itinerary: Comprehensive description of the chosen itinerary.

  • Difficulties: List of difficulties that we will find in the stage. Ideal to get an idea of ​​what it will be like and to be prepared to face these challenges.

  • Observations: Observations that will surely come in handy. These are recommendations worth thanking.

  • What to see, what to do: They tell us what to see and do in the stage we have chosen. Very interesting to be informed of all the monuments and places of interest that we are going to visit on our route.

  • Photos: List of images of the chosen stage.
