AWESOME!!!
On the screen we access when entering the app we see all the information we can access.
On the right side we have a menu made up of 4 buttons, in the upper half of the screen we have the telemetry of the test in progress, under this we have the map of the circuit where we can follow live through which areas the pilots move and in the lower part we have the info, live, of the race.
We begin to analyze the menu on the right side of the screen:
- F1: It is the screen that we access when entering the app. If we are in it and we click on this button again, we will see some basic configuration options for the current race.
- INFORMACIÓN: By clicking on this menu, we can see all kinds of information regarding the FORMULA 1 World Cup this year. Classifications, pilots, teams, races we have information of all kinds and very detailed. We also have a "HELP" option that will help us to better understand how the application works.
- NEWS: Will keep us up to date with the latest news from www.formula1.com (official f1 news source). Touch a headline and access the details of the news. During the race we will be able to read the comments live.
- CONFIGURATION: From here we can change a multitude of settings at our whim and we can also see past races by clicking on the "CIRCUIT" option and selecting a race that has already been completed.
A live information bar appears at the bottom of the screen where we can:
- Hide the menu on the right side by pressing the button that appears, with two little arrows, on the left side of the bar.
- By pressing the circular button that we have next to the arrow button, on the left side of the bar, we will change the display of the race monitoring, we will be able to see it with telemetry or only see the circuit and the positions of the pilots live.
We also have live info on the race in progress such as the circuit, the elapsed time, weather, tires and all this displayed in a fantastic automatic scroll.
HOW TO FOLLOW THE F1 TELEMETRY:
To follow the telemetry of the race in progress, we only have to position ourselves in the side menu option « F1 «. As we have said before, it is the screen that we access directly when entering the app.
In it we see at the top the telemetry information that the application offers us. If we want to have a broader vision of this, since we want to know information about all the pilots, we will click on the separator that separates the telemetry from the map of the circuit and we will drag it down or up, as we wish.
On this screen we see all the information that an F1 fan wants, since it is the same information that Formula 1 teams see on the circuit. SPECTACULAR.
We can see times, time differences between drivers, times in sectors, type of tire used, fastest laps and all of it LIVE.
There are different formats to see this type of information. As we see in the lower part of the time tables, there is a series of dots, one of them in red. Each of them tells us the telemetric screen that we are viewing.
If we move the screen to the left or right, different telemetric tables will appear with different types of information. We have 6. We usually use the first one, but for your curiosity the one that the drivers see when they arrive at the box, after the race, is the 6th.
Simply MAGNIFICENT!!!!
If we like to see the map to know where all the pilots circulate live, tell you that all kinds of information will appear, such as the DRS detection zone, DRS zone (in purple), information as a Pop-ups of infractions in the race, yellow flags, dangerous areas of the circuit, information on everything we want and more.
We can zoom in on the circuit making the typical pinch gesture on the screen and we can also rotate it by moving our finger around the map of it.
If we want to follow a specific driver, we just have to click on his icon on the circuit map or in the telemetry table.
CONCLUSION:
Really sensational this app. As we have said before, if you are a fan of Formula 1 you cannot miss it. It's really AWESOME!!!
To make a mistake, we can say that the news they offer us is in English, a language that many of us do not control much.
