Wunderlist
Also called "WUNDERLIST 2" after its last major update, it's the easiest way to manage and share your to-do lists.
The utility that we can give to this app is very varied. We can use it, for example, to write down and organize our daily tasks, both personal and professional, access and organize our lists on all your devices, invite colleagues and friends to collaborate on your lists, write our shopping list and keep it synchronized with your partner.
After discussing its functionality a bit, we will explain how it works.
We download it and enter it. The first thing it will ask us is to register on the platform, if we are not registered.
If we are registered, we must press « ENTER » and enter our access data. If we merely want to test the application, to find out a bit about how it works and see its magnificent interface, we can click on "TRY WUNDERLIST".
Once we access, a screen called « INBOX » will appear, which will surely appear empty. What we have to do to start using this application is to slide our finger from left to right. Doing this, a menu will appear in which we can:
- OUR PROFILE: An icon with the image of our profile appears in the upper right part. By clicking on it we will access our account and we will be able to make some changes to it.
- ACTIVITY CENTER: At the top, we see the name of the APP accompanied by a bell. If we click on it, the invitations to shared lists and any other type of activity will appear.
- ACCESS TO ANY OF OUR LISTS: By clicking on any list or category such as "INBOX", "FEATURED", "TODAY" we will access them and we will be able to view all the information about them.
- CREATE NEW LIST: We can create a new list by clicking on this button, located at the bottom of the list.
- EDIT LIST: Located at the bottom left of the lists menu, we have this button with which we can delete, move, hide any of the items that appear in this menu .
- SETTINGS: "Gear" button that appears in the lower right area of the list. With it we can configure many aspects of the application such as background, notifications, sounds.
How to add new items to lists?
To add a new activity, task, reminder to a specific list, we must enter it and then click on the "ADD AN ELEMENT" option, a button that we can see at the top of the screen, and where We will write the title of it. Once this is done, click on "DONE", in the upper right part.
Then if we want to add more information and/or configure the new element, we will click on it and this menu will appear:
In it we can:
- Change the name of the task by clicking on its title.
- Set a completion date.
- Add a reminder to remind us of it on a specific day and time.
- Add a subtask, a very useful option that, at least we use a lot.
- Add some kind of note.
Of all the elements that we add, many of them will surely be more important than others. We can highlight this by clicking on the star that appears to the right of each task. With this, we will catalog them as featured and they will appear in the "FEATURED" item that appears in the list of lists.
When we have completed any of the tasks, to delete them and consider them completed, click on the box that appears to the left of each one of them. It will automatically be crossed out and shown at the bottom of the task list, as completed.
Share lists:
It's another feature we love about this app. We can share any of our created lists with people who also use Wunderlist.
To do this, we only have to enter the list we want and click on the button that appears in the upper right part of the screen:
We see that, in addition to being able to invite people, we can rename, edit and even send the list by email.
Since we want to invite, we will press this option and, after deciding if we want wunderlist to access our contacts (which is not necessary), we can add the people with whom we want to share the list by entering the name or email used for them on this platform.

Well, as you read it. Another of the characteristics of this APPerla is that it is multiplatform and all the actions that we execute in the app will be immediately synchronized in all the devices in which we have it installed.
