It is curious that I have spent more than 30 years in technology and communication and neither have a website nor a blog. It may also be a bit because of my character. For a very short time I have FaceBook and very, very recently, Twitter. This, as you can see, says a lot about me in this intricate world of social networks. As a good friend of mine says; "Get involved, otherwise you'll never be anyone."
About my hobbies these are few or rather scarce. Now the only thing that worries me is enjoying life and those wonderful moments it has. When I have a moment, I escape to fly in a small plane and forget that the world exists.I also love getting together with the few friends one has and having a drink and talking about the human and the divine. It is a way of forgetting all the miseries that our world hides.
- How did APPLE get into the world?
I have worked in Cupertino at the rainbow apple company, which is how I want to remember Apple. I don't understand the gray color now. Apple has always been innovation for me, the jovial spirit, the one who wanted to change the world for something different. I know Jobs and his late-day minimalist world introduced this to Apple but even when he created Next, the colors were in his life. There is a before and after and without denying the evidence that Apple continues to be that creativity, I no longer see the revolutionary spirit.
Even today I continue using my 20th Anniversary Macintosh, I look at it and see what is there now and there is the validity of a technology from more than 20 years ago. That's what I like about Apple. Years do not pass by Apple products and that implies that what it does is good.
- What made you choose Iphone instead of another mobile?
I have had a “mobile” telephone for 25 years. When the first bricks. Choosing Apple when I released the first 3G was not a question. It was Apple and it sure was good. In the end, the facts have shown that others have copied the model and today I still have my Apple mobile in my pocket. Of course it's not 3G, but I'm not one of those who throw away a good device for the latest.
- What APPs do you use the most?
The ones that help me. The agenda, the notes, the map so I don't get lost and then comes the collection of programs I use to guide me in flight. I use all the ones I have and that makes my iPhone today a very important tool for me.
- Which 5 apps would you never get rid of?
I have few and the ones I have are fundamental. I always buy what I need and I don't like filling up my valuable IPhone with programs I'll never use. All the ones it has are essential for me.
- Are you PRO JAILBREAK? Whether you answer yes or no, why?
I'm not pro or against Jailbreak. I believe in freedom and if in the Apple world this is achieved with this tool, that's fine with me. Let everyone choose their path. This is the mistake that Apple made many, many years ago, from my point of view. You have to give users some freedom, with control, but it can't be that to have a program on an iPhone you have to go through a complex system. There are many people who would need a specific application on their iPhone to solve a specific problem and this application is for that person. With the current model this is not possible or is very cumbersome. A platform grows as its applications grow.
- Own an iPad? If you have it, what apps would you highlight on this device?
Yes and no, I have several but on loan. In any case, I will soon have one that I will not lend to anyone, which will surely be the iPad Mini. I will install it on the plane to have my flight applications there.
After the questionnaire we are now going to show you theAPPerlasthat Javier has installed on his iPhone:
And now we expose the applications that he includes in his numerous folders:
A very interesting interview we have had with Javier, a great connoisseur of the bitten apple and who has left us several pearls, such as phrases, and to whom we wish all the luck in his new projects.
We encourage you to stop by RADIO 3W to listen to very good content. A platform that, surely, will give a lot to talk about. We have listened to some programs that are broadcast there and they are very worthwhile.
Greetings and a hug for Javier and for Olga, for having made this wonderful interview possible.
