The LEVEL 2 has a duration of 19 days in which we must perform the specified number of squats each day to achieve the goal of performing 100 squats at once.

The LEVEL 3 also takes place over 19 days with the goal of reaching day 18 and being able to do 150 squats in one go.

It can be said that with Runtastic SQUATS we will carry out preparatory training to achieve the goal of performing around 150 squats daily.

Before we begin to explain the app itself, we recommend that you sign up for RUNTASTIC to keep track of all the exercises we do with this great sports platform.

When entering the application we land on the following screen:

In it we can start to carry out the training plan directly by clicking on the “START SESSION” button.

With the “SESSION/RECORD” button we will do a free training in which it will tell us the squats we perform, which will not count for the training plan. In this option we have the goal of beating our personal record or simply warming up.

To perform the squats we must take the iPhone with both hands and put it on our chest or hold it with our arms outstretched. Using the accelerometer of our device, it will tell us each of the exercises that we perform.

Going back to the main screen, we also see a button called “NEXT TRAINING”. If we press it we will access the exercise plan to be carried out in said plan, screens that we have shown you previously.

If we move the main screen down, we will see information about the level, of the training plan, in which we are.

At the bottom we have a menu made up of three buttons that we detail below:

  • HISTORY: A graph appears showing us all kinds of information about the squats we have performed. We can view graphs by LEVEL, MONTH, YEAR and GENERAL, by clicking on the buttons that appear at the top. The exercises performed "freely" will appear in yellow and those belonging to the training plan will appear in red.

  • TRAINING: It is the main screen that we access when entering the application and that we have already described.
  • ME: You will see a list of all the exercises we have done with the applications of the fantastic RUNTASTIC platform. We will see the achievements, the records. In the upper right part we have the button to configure the app and from where we highlight the "REMINDER" option with which we can create an alarm at a certain time to remind us that we have a tape with the squat training.
