- The LEVEL 2 has a duration of 19 days in which we must do the specified number of times each day to achieve the goal of doing 50 push-ups at once.
- The LEVEL 3 takes place over 25 days with the goal of reaching day 25 and being able to do 100 push-ups in one go.
It can be said that with Runtastic PUSHUP S we will carry out a preparatory training to achieve the goal of doing about 100 push-ups daily.
Before we start explaining the app itself, we recommend that you sign up for RUNTASTIC to keep track of all the exercises we do on this great sports platform.
When entering the application we land on the following screen:
In it we can start to carry out the training plan directly by clicking on the “START SESSION” button.
With the "SESSION/RECORD" button we will do a free training in which it will tell us the push-ups we do, which will not count for the training plan. In this option we have the goal of beating our personal record or simply warming up.
To perform the push-ups we must put the iPhone on the ground and for it to count the exercises we must bring our face closer to the terminal or even touch the device with our nose
Going back to the main screen, we also see a button called “NEXT TRAINING”. If we press it we will access the exercise plan to be carried out in said plan, screens that we have shown you previously.
If we move the main screen down, we will see information about the level, of the training plan, in which we are.
At the bottom we have a menu made up of three buttons that we detail below:
- HISTORY: A graph appears showing us all kinds of information about the push-ups we've done. We can view graphs by LEVEL, MONTH, YEAR and GENERAL, by clicking on the buttons that appear at the top.The exercises performed "freely" (by pressing the button on the main screen "Session/Record") will appear in yellow, and those belonging to the training plan will appear in orange.
- TRAINING: It is the main screen that we access when entering the application and that we have already described.
- ME: A list of all the exercises we have done with the applications of the fantastic RUNTASTIC platform appears. We will see the achievements, the records. In the upper right part we have the button to configure the app and from where we highlight the option "REMINDER" with which we can create an alarm at a certain time to remind us that we have a tape with the push-up training.
