McTube
Everyone knows the YOUTUBE platform and in fact, both for iPhone and for iPad we have an official APP with which We can enjoy all the videos found in it.
What does MCTUBE provide that does not have the official application of the most famous video network on the internet? Well, we can download any of them on our terminal to enjoy them anywhere , even without internet connection.
We install the application, we get into it and we will stop at the following screen:
In it we see a list of videos that belong to the category «RECOMMENDATIONS». If we want to change the category, click on the category name at the top of the screen and we can change it.
A flag appears right at the top right of the screen. If we click on it we can choose a region to filter videos based on the country we choose.
At the bottom of the screen we have a submenu with which we can:
- YOUTUBE: It is the screen that we access when we enter the application.
- ACCOUNT: We will have access to all the data of our YouTube account. We can see our uploaded videos, favorites, people we follow
- SEARCH: It is the application search engine. We can search for videos or channels, as we want. Click on the box at the top to write the terms of the video to find. To activate the filters on a search, we will pull down the ring that appears and we will configure the filter to our liking.
- DOWNLOAD: All the videos that we have downloaded through the application will appear. They will appear in the "CACHÉ" folder, but we can create folders to categorize them. To create one, click on the "+" button in the upper left. OPTION REMOVED
- MORE: We have access to the SETTINGS, HISTORY, LISTS of the application. In SETTINGS we can configure the application as we wish. In HISTORY we will see a history of the videos that we have viewed. In the LISTS button, we can create lists of music videos and play them even with the terminal locked. It is one of the options that we like the most since we can create the music lists that we want thanks to the download of music videos.
We return to the YouTube menu and click on a video that we want to see or search for a video in the search engine. Click on it and access the playback screen:
If we tap on the screen, some buttons appear with which we can (comment from left to right):
- Add the video to our favorites, to watch later, to some list
- Share the same on social networks, by mail or copy the link to the clipboard.
- Activate the « REPEAT » function (repeat broadcast of the same).
- Voting buttons (like and dislike).
- Change video playback quality, whenever possible (gear button).
- At the bottom of it we have the PLAY/PAUSE commands, the playback bar and the full screen button.
Under the location of the video we have the items:
- INTRODUCTION: We have the information that the author of the video has written about it.
- COMMENTS: We access the comments generated by said video.
- SUGGESTED VIDEOS: Videos related to the one we have chosen.
In the upper right part of the screen we have an orange icon characterized by a downward arrow, with which we will order to download it to our iPhone to be able to enjoy it whenever we want, regardless of whether or not we have a data connection. When pressed, a notification will appear on the "DOWNLOAD" button in the lower menu.
To view the video in full screen we must rotate the iPhone and place it horizontally.
