This word etymologically has its origin from the Latin "Activitas" which means "to act" . The activities are all those tasks or duties that each individual exercises daily, are the work activities, school activities, recreational activities, physical activities, etc.

As we already know what activities mean, then we will explain the different types of activities that exist: First, we will talk about economic activities, which refer to all those means where products, goods and services are produced and exchanged in order to solve the needs of people.

The recreational activities are those activities performed by people in their spare time and on a voluntary basis in order to relax and have fun. The recreational activities are classified into: Cultural activities, attending concerts or art shows, reading activities, attend family gatherings, activities hobbies (gardening, crafts, etc.), relaxation activities (yoga, massage, etc.)
