After many years, statelessness receives adequate attention, classifying this situation as inhumane, painful and even a mark on the law of international law.

According to this, there are different government actions that can be implemented to eradicate this problem: in the first instance, it must be ensured that no child is born stateless, for this it is required that they be presented to the authorities at birth, if they are present. of a case of statelessness, techniques of legislation and political campaigns must be used to promote citizenship, it must be avoided at all costs that statelessness is caused by discrimination of any kind (racial, social, etc.), it must also be eliminate the gender distinction at the time of any legal step, and lastly, it would be the granting of identity to stateless persons who thus deserve it.
