Arduino is the name given to one of the most widely used free hardware (with its software) in the world for basic and elementary configuration of an electronic object. Arduino started as basically an electronic platform that consisted of a board with two ports, one for input and one for output, with one of the simplest programming languages in the world, oriented to the configuration and use in any function that was written to it and will order. Through the output port, the user could connect a screen that would show the data that would be executed by the programming language that shows the Integrated Development Environment that it has.
The Arduino board hardware is made up of a board in which an 8-bit microcontroller is integrated since its creation in 2005, since 2012 Arduino boards with 32-bit microprocessors capable of executing more demanding functions have been created. It also incorporates the two ports (output and input) in which you can connect other devices such as chargers, other boards, LCD screens, and USB connectors, the bootloader and the programming language.
Arduino boards are used as electronic components of household appliances, in some automobiles and appliances they are used to control starter motors, also to convert data from analog to digital and serve for small portable research projects, independent of larger computers. but limited to the function for which they were configured. A light system can be controlled through an Arduino board very easily.
The multifunctional programming language that the Arduino board works with can work with many other languages such as Microsoft's Visual Basic, a system for programming systematic solutions within the Windows environment.
During its development process there are few commercial advances that have been made to the board, but among them the various scientific equipment that has been developed from them stand out, such as the Open Source Oscilloscope or the platform that allowed to convert a television conventional on a computer to which you could even connect a QWERTY keyboard.
