It is a legal person that is constituted by a varied group of physical persons, which would be the partners, who have received the due authorizations from the State of Government to be able to jointly carry out activities, businesses, communes among others, for the common benefit and either for a community or only for the group that is registered in the civil association.

Civil associations are considered non-profit, and who do not obtain economic or commercial benefits that are called not - for- profit. Their common purposes are social development, community, cultural and public health activities, seeking a good functioning within it, distributing to each one a responsibility with specific tasks, thus demonstrating to the State that they are suitable for said work, passing through a variety of inspections that accredit them as a civil legal entity.

Being a constituted nucleus, it helps a better organization of each of the roles in charge, setting primary and secondary goals and objectives, setting the norms and rules of operation that, being in conjunction with the State and serving as a foundation of people united with a single purpose, they have more capacity to reach as the force to attract other people and obtain the required inputs and benefits that only one person could not otherwise achieve, giving enthusiastic support to the community that benefits from it, and so on. They increase their participation by strengthening the commitment to help of the other members with a slogan on the door that joins the community and grows social and personal solidarity.

To develop a legal civil association, the necessary basic requirements, needs and characteristics of the same must be taken into account in order to establish the purpose of the fiscal entity as well as its norms and rules.
