This transitive verb refers to the action of doing something in a completely disinterested way for another person, in order to get rid of work or so that he can get out of the normally difficult situation in which he finds himself, which may affect his integrity physical, moral or mental. In general, this concept is related to the morals, values and education of an individual, since its development depends on the environment in which it operates. It is applied in a myriad of fields, such as politics, economics, science and the humanities, either as an artistic representation or simply an honest act.
Foreign aid, on the other hand, is that sent by a developed or first world country, towards a developing or emerging country, in order to promote improvement in their economy; These stimulate industrialization and production. This form of aid has been strongly criticized over time, since the country sending the aid may have both political and military interests, as well as economic ones, by creating new markets to favor its own export.
Humanitarian aid, in the same way, is sent to countries that are in the midst of armed conflicts or have suffered some type of catastrophe, whether natural or caused by man. Countless collective tragedies occur around the world, from which, to achieve a proper recovery, the help of other nations is necessary. Examples of this are seen when hurricanes and earthquakes affect certain States, as well as unnatural disasters, such as the one that occurred in Chernobyl.
