The word caravan has different definitions, one of them expresses that a caravan is a group of people who come together to undertake a trip in the same direction on foot or in vehicles, through lonely and dangerous areas, to be cautious and help each other in case of any inconvenience.
This word of Persian origin, appeared in Europe with the crusades, alluding to the herbivorous animals lined up; later it was extended to any row in general, always following a leader.
In the Middle East, for commercial and religious reasons, the caravans of merchants and pilgrims, left from Cairo and Damascus. Those who usually made these caravans were the Bedouins who inhabited desert areas like Iraq, Israel, Saudi Arabia, etc. and they had to make long trips through inhospitable areas using camels as vehicles.
Caravan is also the name of a type of vehicle, which is characterized by having in its internal part furniture and everything necessary to live in it. Caravan or trailer vehicles, as they are also known, cannot move by themselves, since they have to be towed by another car. The truth is that the caravan is used as a temporary home when traveling.
On the other hand, there are also the motorhomes, popularly known as motor home, which is a car that has an engine and that is commonly used in film productions, so that the actors get ready, that is, they put on makeup and review the scripts.
