Behavior is related to the way people or animals behave in various contexts of life. This word can be used as a synonym for behavior, since it describes the actions carried out by an individual, in the face of the stimuli they receive and the connection they establish with their environment.
There are two factors that directly influence the behavior of people: the biological factor, environmental factors and socialization.
The biological factors are related to genetics of the individual and where every being human is born, makes its own combination of genes, which are involved in biological development and partly determine behavior. On the other hand, there are environmental and social factors that also affect behavior, since it must be taken into account that the environment and the elements that comprise it are necessary for a normal physical and intellectual development of the subject; family, friends, and society exert much influence on the individual's behavior.
In the psychological field there is a current called behaviorism, which, as its name indicates, focuses on the behavior of the person, on their actions and not on the internal processes that drive them to carry out those actions. His theory is based on the fact that a stimulus is followed by a response. This being the result of an interaction between the subject and his environment.
There are three main types of behavior: aggressive behavior; It is the one that characterizes the person who tries to satisfy their needs, who likes the gift of command, they are people who always want to be right, who loves to humiliate others; They are generally lonely people, with a lot of energy but who unfortunately use it in a destructive way. These types of people are easy to recognize by their typical verbal and body language.
Passive behavior is one that characterizes shy people, full of insecurity and with feelings of inferiority, it is a person who does not have any type of enthusiasm and that others tend to take advantage of.
Finally, there is assertive behavior, this type of behavior is typical of people who always comply with what they promise, who know how to recognize both their defects and their virtues, in addition to feeling good about themselves and making others feel good.
