Planet Earth is home to a large number of species, both flora and fauna, which come together in a harmonious coexistence. There is no doubt that nature was in charge of configuring the needs and characteristics of each species, so that it could harmonize with the environment, through mutation. However, some imbalance can cause a catastrophe for any of the existing species, a situation that depends, to a large extent, on factors external to those of the group in question. This can cause such degradation in the environment that the quality of life would be reduced, endangering even other species.
The crises ecological impact, usually animal and plant population. They experience certain circumstances that affect their stay in a certain area. That is why various movements have been in charge of protecting specific species, in addition to promoting the adoption of new habits that do not negatively affect the environment.
This, as mentioned above, can be caused by a series of factors, such as: the abiotic, focused on climate change, this can be evidenced in the changes in the natural habitat of the polar bear (the polar caps have begun to melt) and the reduction of the body of fresh water, due to the increase in temperature; the extinction of biodiversity, which represents a great problem, since it is estimated that around 17,000 species disappear each year, due to aggressive hunting methods or poor habitat quality; finally, the introduced speciesand invasive species, in the same way, can pose a danger to the environment in which they are established, due to the advantages they can have over native species, without distinguishing whether it is a prey or a predator.
