A Schedule is a graphic and ordered representation with such detail so that a set of functions and tasks are carried out in a stipulated time and under conditions that guarantee the optimization of time. Schedules are basic organizational tools in a project, in carrying out a series of steps for the completion of the task, they are ideal for events, they are the main basis for the execution of an organized production.
