In economic terms, the word fee is defined as the fixed amount of money that is paid to receive a product or service in return. When a person buys or pays in installments, it means that they divide the total amount into parts, which they will pay in temporary fractions, that is, every week, every month or annually.
When obligations are contracted between a subject and an organism, it is because a payment commitment arises in a fragmented way, due to the fact of receiving a service in exchange. An example of this would be the payment that some people make when they pay social security. In the same way, the fees could be the payment to an institute, either educational or recreational.
As has already been said, the fee represents a payment commitment that, if not fulfilled, may have legal consequences and the debtor may receive some type of penalty either financially or with the loss of rights, among others.
On the other hand are the market shares, which represent the proportion of the unoccupied market, or part of it, that a company has. In this case, companies seek to sell their products or services within a competitive environment. In this context, each company aims to reach the largest possible market, this is what a quota means. Those in charge of the marketing area are in charge of carrying out the studies, to specify how many clients they have been able to reach and how many they would like to reach.
It is important to note that market shares are figures that show the existing competitiveness within a specific sector. Companies that compete to establish themselves within a particular market are working to obtain a greater share in the market; which will be interpreted in an increase in customers, which generates an increase in sales and therefore profits
However, in a normal market economy, competing firms generally share market shares; although in those cases where there are monopolies, the market share of a company is total, since the existing competition does not have enough strength to compete efficiently.
