Decisions allow the process of developing a product or service to be maintained on a path that aims to divert faults and imperfections, highlighting every detail to ensure that everything is under control. In psychology, a decision is a mental process, in which a person or group of people evaluate the conditions, characteristics of an event, to finally decide between a series of alternatives or by the option that most favors what is determined. When a decision is individual, the person considers the elements on his own, he can take an opinion from a third party, but this will not be a final decision unless it corresponds to what is requested. Group decisions are generally made when they satisfy the entire set of thinking beings that it involves or at least the majority, for example, the decisions and sentences that are made in an assembly of deputies or a meeting of ministers of a government.
In the field of law, in a trial, after having listened to both the defense and the accusing party, it is the judge who makes the final decision on the case. This power to decide is granted by the position that the institution, in this case the state grants it to administer justice. The decision of a judge can be liberating or convicting. When a decision is appealed in legal matters, it means that it is requested that the decision be submitted to an evaluation in which new considerations are taken into account for the judge to establish a new resolution of the case. In many forms of administration of justice, you can only appeal once.
