Deportation is the expulsion of a person from a country, mostly for political reasons such as illegal immigration. The purpose of a deportation is exile and is usually applied as a punishment, with isolationist or slave-holding terminations. In certain trials the deportations of a group are for reasons of ethnic or religious inequality.
Circumstantially, these unthinkable actions have historically led to deportations that are believed to be a discriminatory act that has had to endure arbitrariness on many occasions in such a way that they lead to the genocide or annihilation of entire peoples.
From another perspective of the history of the Bible, it is mentioned in different fragments about mass deportations, an example of these deportations was the transfer of the vast majority of the people of Israel to Babylon, which was certainly not of their own free will but arbitrarily since the goal was to place them as slaves.
In the ethnic and religious deportations, some groups were exiled from certain countries for belonging to a different religion or ethnic group. In Spain it has happened in many cases, one of them was the elimination of Jews ending at the end of the XV century and another in the beginning of the XVII century that of the Moors. In both cases they were deported for ethnic and religious reasons, it is important to highlight that the economic part had a significant function because both the Moors and the Jews had a superior economy and they were classified as a threat to the achievements of Spain.
In Russia it was common in the time of Ivan Grozny and of the Soviet era the deportation of people disturbing to Siberia and of political prisoners.
Gypsy populations have also suffered deportations during history as they have been expelled from various countries, such as: Belgium, Switzerland, Portugal and France are some of the countries that we can mention.
In the same way, Mexicans have passed illegally to neighboring countries such as the United States.
The United States is where the highest number of deportations has taken place given that it is a country with great employment potential and with many drug agreements, which attracts foreign criminals and immigrants.
