What is eviction? »Its definition and meaning

Anonim

It is a term that encompasses all the processes that lead to the eviction of a property. Evicting also refers to the low life expectancy that doctors give to a sick person. Its use is more focused on the legal field, in which an eviction can occur due to the breach of certain rules that were stipulated in a contract or in the same way, due to the termination of it; it can be considered almost of exclusive use for this, since it is the only situation in which the expulsion of the inhabitants of a property is done by court order. Most countries have very specific rules for this type of situation, as they always vary, not only due to the laws of that nation, but also due to the nature of the circumstance.

The landlord, who is renting the place, had to go through lengthy legal activities, in order to legally recover the property he owns. The time that elapses between the notice to the tenant, in which it is specified that the debt that was contracted by not paying the amount of money agreed by both parties must be paid, is two months, until finally, if there is no compliance with the order, we proceed to sue the responsible individual. If the court rules in favor of the landlord, the one who is inside the property must vacate the premises within a maximum period of one month. However, this has been modified in some countries, in which the time is reduced to one month when the payment notice is given and 15 days when leaving the property.
