Disloyal is a person who is not loyal or who does not behave loyally, was unfair to his convictions and does not conform to commonly accepted uses or laws. Disloyal is used to qualify someone who acts without loyalty: that is, without respecting the criteria of honor, nobility and fidelity.
Unfair behaviors can be found in different areas. Let us suppose that a football technical director begins to negotiate with the president of a club his possible incorporation to the institution when there is still another interim coach. The man not only does not expect the position to become vacant, but also finds out how much his colleague charges him and offers to do the same job for a 20% lower salary. It can be said, therefore, that the DT in question behaves unfairly.
A person is also unfair when not grateful and let in a second plane to a good friend just because he met new friends. A person is disloyal when he acts against feelings as pure and noble as friendship and love that are based on respect, recognition of the dignity of others and unconditional acceptance. Disloyalty shows an action contrary to the personal ethics of one who pursues the practice of good in any area of his life.
The idea of unfair competition, on the other hand, refers to practices that take place in a commercial or business environment and that are contrary to honesty. These are actions that a seller or manufacturer takes to hurt competitors and gain market share. Unfair competition can consist of misleading consumers, offering a product at a price below its cost, or spreading false information about competitor's offers, to name a few possibilities.
When a person is the victim of unfair behavior by a friend or family member, they feel hurt and humiliated. However, it should be noted that this fact should not spell the end of the relationship as cause and effect, as there are people who have the ability to really take care of what their mistakes are. In the same way, there are also people who when they feel hurt know how to forgive and ask for a second chance.
