Emails, in their beginnings, were sent directly from a user to a computer, so it was necessary for both computers or computers to be online at the same time, later on, email servers were created that accepted, delivered, stored and they forwarded messages, in this way users would not be forced to be online at the same time.
In order to send and receive these emails, it is necessary to be subscribed to any of these messaging services, where each user is given an address, which is characterized by a symbol called at (@), a symbol that was added by the American Ray Tomlinson, this with the purpose of separating the name of the user and the server in which the user is registered.
