The job is the word that defines the activity performed by a person in favor of being paid for their shares, either a job, trade or occupation. Informal Employment
It refers to the work activity of independent workers, street vendors, domestic workers, window cleaners, among others. It should be added that the informal type lacks a legal employment contract between the employer and the worker, and is a type of work where the employee is outside the control and fiscal protection that, in labor matters, the law provides.
Public Employment
A public employment represents an employment relationship where the employer is the state. The legal nature of the public employment relationship, that is, of the relationship between the administrative organization (body-institution) and the private subject (body-individual) is contractual.
Different doctrinal trends have been manifested on the legal nature of the public employment relationship:
- In principle, it was argued that it was a unilateral act of the State, in which the consent of the administrator gave validity or effectiveness, so that the legal status of the agent and the employee had a legal or regulatory form.
- On the other hand, it was pointed out that it was originally a bilateral legal act, which mattered the will of the agent but without formalizing a contract, while the subsequent relationship was framed by law, and the administration can modify it unilaterally.
- For people, it is a contractual relationship of public law, which is similar in terms of the object with the employment contract and with the location of the services and which differs from them by the specific legal regime in terms of being the Contracting State and the purposes of the contracted service.
- The fact that public employees in some cases are included in rules of a legal or regulatory nature, does not contradict the contractual essence of the public employment relationship since; expresses an agreement of wills (Administration and management) by mutual agreement. The employees who make up (bodies-individuals) the structures of the Public Administration (bodies-institution) have a strictly sensitive contractual relationship.
- This relationship is contractual from its origin, it is projected as such, throughout the execution of the contract and is perfected by means of the voluntary agreement granted by the Administration and the agent or public employee.

Private employment
