What is enernet? »Its definition and meaning

Anonim

At present and within the world of technology, a new term called enernet has been used, which is used to define the new electrical network of the future. The word enernet is made up of two words widely used by everyone during the last century: energy and network.

The enernet is represented as a dynamic energy network, built around the generation, accumulation and delivery of clean energy; which considers the application of the internet model to the production of electrical energy and which is based on technological advances.

Enernet would become a future electrical network that incorporates in an eco-intelligent way the activities of all the users that are connected to it, whether they are consumers, generators or a mixture of them. In order to provide electrical energy in an efficient, sustainable, safe and economical way.

Until now, this term has been used only in scientific circles, however many wish that enernet has become a topic that everyone talks about in energy forums, this due to the various factors that justify its creation, some of them are:

Fight against climate change: Europe raises the need to create CO2-free energy and an improvement in efficiency, which deepens a greater incursion of renewable energies and a more positive use of electricity networks.

Optimization of the information infrastructures: an adequate administration of the network would allow a reduction in investment, ensuring supply to users.

Improvement of eco-efficiency: technological development has allowed a less and less use of energy, to achieve the same models of use of a specific element (electrical appliances, lighting fixtures, electric air conditioning).

For now, few countries are involved in the subject, Spain is one of those that has been carrying out studies on the subject and has made significant progress in the development of new electricity grids, allowing the idea of smart grids to be perceived more clearly in harmony with the rest of society, pointing the way for this kind of eco-intelligent infrastructure, to become a reality.
