The etymology of the word interview comes from Latin and is in turn composed of two words, "inter which means between" and "videre which means to see" then the term in Latin corresponds to "intervidere whose meaning is to see each other". Through an Interview, two or more people can learn about different aspects that are generally personal. In other words, an interview is a communicative act that is carried out between different subjects with the purpose of starting a conversation on specific topics and it is carried out with a specific purpose.
The common structure of an interview is that there is an interviewer, whose function is to ask questions to the interviewee and the latter must answer them.Despite being a dynamic dialogue, this structure must be preserved so that it can fulfill its objective, (that is, the questions and answers do not come from both parties simultaneously); in both cases, more than one person can occupy each place. The interviews do not happen by chance, both parties should be interested to do it and for that reason in most cases are convened with prior notice, on the other hand you have which can be public or private, depending on who they are directed to.
