Over time, stress has been considered as an internal imbalance that is presented by some cause external to the subject, such as job instability, excessive amount of work or any other circumstance that may cause tension.
But despite the above, stress is not always negative, since there is positive stress, which is known as eustress, a term that originates from the Greek prefix in which it indicates that something is good, such as euphoria or euthanasia. This type of stress is good stress, since it is considered that it helps the individual to be aware of himself, helps him to get out of the comfort zone and take some risks that are not considered dangerous, but that allow to improve personal development and to grow as people.
In general, those excessive responses that can be seen in people altered by stress have a very varied origin. It is quite complicated, although not impossible that a single stressor has the ability to generate an abnormal stress response, the common thing is that the accumulation of stressors produces a situation in which the next stimulus will overflow the vessel.
Over the day the body builds up tension, being muscles structures become hard disks of stress, there is a discharge constant endplate and unnecessary but unconscious havoc cause in the state of wakefulness, since the exhaustion that produces the decay of the energy necessary for things as simple as being attentive or making a voluntary and constant effort, a muscle problem will end up affecting the circulatory system thanks to the overexertion that the heart has to make in order to overcome resistance that imposes the muscles on the arteries.
The goals that an individual imposes on himself or those situations of change, are presented as uncertainties, however, they do not necessarily represent something overwhelming or distressing, but there is the possibility that they provoke a vital reaction, a kind of gratifying emotion, because the individual has the feeling that it is up to us to overcome difficulties, despite the fact that they bring some tension.
