An evidence is a verified and accurate sample obtained in an investigation. The term itself can be more generic, that is, adapted to many fields of everyday life and scientific study, however it is easier to relate it to criminal matters because it is what is most seen on television. Evidence is that evidence that is collected at a crime scene and that serves to clarify a fact that is studied in a judicial process. Also known as a clue, the evidence material of a criminal case is used to determine through fingerprint studiesand others, who may be the main actors involved in the fact directly. In general, the evidence is stains, fingerprints, the weapon or tool that was used to commit the crime, among others.
By adapting the term evidence to everyday life we find a slightly more versatile use. Its etymology tells us that it comes from the Latin "Evidentia" which means "Clear, discovered". The evidence is knowledge, who "is in evidence" demonstrates his true intention because he shows the interested parties what he had hidden. Proving something is a way of demonstrating, of asserting with facts, testimonies or true evidence what is being said.
An obvious object is one that cannot be hidden, its existence cannot be denied, the person's brain syntax recognizes its presence, evaluates it and determines what it is and what it is for. As a crucial element in an investigation, evidence is taken with great relevance because with it the result of an investigation can be determined.
