The infections exogenous arise when the agent is transferred from the external source to the host, for example the diseases sexually transmitted (gonorrhea, AIDS, syphilis, etc.).
In the economic context, the term exogenous is related to the variables that influence prices or demand for a particular product, without keeping any direct link with the good or service being analyzed.
