In its definition form, exaltation, also known as exaltation or exaltation, is the act of praising a person, emphasizing his abilities or the qualities he possesses as a person. In this same sense, the word is also used to talk about the exaggeration of the characteristics or abilities that an individual or thing possesses. The exaltation is also the state of mind in which a person, due to circumstances that may or may not be alien to his person, loses moderation when expressing himself and the calm of his body language; thus, he is dedicated to throwing expletives, in the company of a high tone of voice and violent corporal movements.
Exaltation as a process of praise, is a term proper to Christianity. In Catholicism, entering heaven is taken as a kind of exaltation on the part of God. It is to the saints and humans to whom this word is applied, since the arrival of Jesus Christ in Heaven is called "ascension", while the one belonging to the Virgin Mary is called "assumption". Besides this, some Catholic religious holidays also bear this name. In Mormon doctrine, on the other hand, exaltation refers to the belief that all human beings can become like God.
Like an emotion, exaltation is an over- excitement of the mood. In general, this occurs due to circumstances external to the people who experience it; however, the presence of a mental disorder can trigger this type of behavior for no apparent reason. In this case, it is advisable to go to a mental health professional, so that they can give the correct diagnosis.
